What he does:
Stan is the visionary of each business plan or acquisition. Coordinating the owner's goals with the unique property operating characteristics, Stan is personally involved with all the properties entrusted to MHI's management.

Interests:
Stan enjoys camping, hunting, and fishing. His family is paramount with five children and his wife/business partner, Cindy.

What she does:
Ashley manages the NavajoLand Hotel and Thunderbird Lodge operations. She focuses on account management with her vendors and hotel renovations and updates.

Interests:
Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband and young sons. Their favorite afternoon activity is going to the park.

What she does:
Mattie assists in implementing the marketing plan, and making sure there is that "extra" in extraordinary.

Interests:
Mattie enjoys time with her daughters, hiking, shopping, and entertaining their friends. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends; "every weekend there is something going on." Mattie is always smiling and often quotes, "Live, Love & Laugh".

What she does:

Joidon is responsible for answering the telephone, online purchasing, travel arrangements, assisting other team members and general office duties.

Interests:

Joidon is from Colorado moved to Arizona in 2000. She enjoys spending time with her family, watching her daughter in taekwondo, cooking, movies & traveling. She is always on the go, so in her spare time, she loves to relax when possible. 

What she does:
Cindy is hands on in the creation and execution of the marketing plan for all the properties. She manages the daily operations of MHI and special projects such as new build hotels, hotel financing, acquisitions & dispositions.

Interests:
Cindy enjoys outdoor activities with her family including five children & husband/business partner, Stan. She also enjoys volunteering with the CCV young adult group.

What she does:

Carly oversees the NavajoLand Inn, Quality Inn Window Rock, and Window Rock office building complex. She is also responsible for managing the sales and marketing strategies for all hotel properties. 

Interests:
Carly enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 dogs, Turkey and Goose. Her passion project is her cooking blog, Little Cup of Carly.

What she does:

Amber is responsible for the accounts payable, vendor relations, payroll and bank and credit card reconciliations. She also handles various human resource related matters.

Interests:

Amber enjoys any activities that include her three children, her grandson and two Fur-Babies. She also enjoys exploring the area with her husband out on the motorcycle and entertaining and cooking for family and friends.

What she does:
Jill oversees the financial reporting, cash flow, and recordation for all the hotel properties. She wears multiple hats and assists with many budgeting, personnel, and labor issues.

Interests:
Jill enjoys her two girls and husband. In addition, Jill enjoys cross-stitch and her furry family members.

What she does:

Katelyn manages Traveling Eagle  and The Navajo Travel Center operations. Her major focus is assisting with projects for Monument Hospitality’s managed hotel properties.

Interests:

Katelyn enjoys trying out different recipes and finding new restaurants around town. 

What she does:

Amanda performs maintenance of general ledgers, bank and credit card reconciliations, budget analysis, daily revenue entry, sales tax, payroll tax and fuel reporting, internal and external response to inquiries, special projects, and relief administrative assistance.

Interests:

Amanda grew up in Peoria, Arizona. She enjoys spending time with her two sons, camping, ATVing, and hiking. She also enjoys crafting and coloring during her down time.
