

CEO/Owner
What she does:
​Christine oversees the finance and accounting of all Monument Hospitality clients, including robust cash flow planning and strategic fiscal management. She leads efforts in budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting, driving profitability and sustainable growth. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to integrity, Christine supports our mission by ensuring financial stability and efficiency across all operations.

Interests:
Christine is a wife to her husband, Chas, and mother to her two daughters, Kensi and Carson, and her son in heaven, Cameron. When she’s not driving her kids to-and-from activities, you can find her camping and enjoying rides in the side-by-side. She also actively volunteers for her kids' PTA, planning community events and fundraisers.

Controller
What she does:
Jill oversees the financial reporting, cash flow, and recordation for all the hotel properties. She wears multiple hats and assists with many budgeting, personnel, and labor issues.
Interests:
Jill transplanted to AZ in 1999 from Layton, UT where she grew up. She graduated ASU with a BS Accountancy and has been with MHI since inception. She enjoys spending time with her husband of 24 years, two daughters, 18 and 15, and two dogs. You can often find her at sporting events for her 15 year old or helping her 18 year old navigate college life. Her favorite cuisines are Mexican (any restaurant) and Italian, (Tagliani’s). On the weekends, you will find Jill and her family volunteering in guest services and kids ministry at their local church, CCV. They find great joy in praising God for all the blessings they have and paying forward whenever they can. While her mother lives nearby, she returns home to visit her father yearly. Jill would love to travel the world; and often jokes one day she dreams of “permanently visiting” Fiji.​​​

Accounts Payable/Payroll
What she does:
Amber is responsible for the accounts payable, vendor relations, payroll and bank and credit card reconciliations. She also handles various human resource related matters.

Interests:
Amber was originally born in Germany and has had the privilege of experiencing different cities across the United States which has shaped her appreciation for diverse cultures and communities. Beyond the office, her life is filled with simple joys. Her husband, Ty, their 2 children Chris (25), Caleb (25) and Jasmine (17), their one grandchild, Rowan (5) and their 3 furry companions Geno, Luna, and Steel. Cooking is a true passion of hers - she loves trying out new recipes and experimenting with flavors. Their home often becomes the hub for game nights where friends and family gather to enjoy good food, lively competition and many laughs. Traveling is another love of hers. Exploring new destinations and immersing herself in different cultures fules her adventerous spirit. When it's time to unwinde, you can often find her by the pool, soaking up the sun and enjoying moments of relaxation.

Director of Sales
What she does:
Bonnie’s responsible for establishing new business by developing new partnerships within the travel and tourism industry. As the director of sales, she works diligently to ensure we are maintaining quality relationships with both the communities and clients we serve. She takes a tremendous amount of pride in guest experience and client satisfaction.
Interests:
Bonnie prides herself on bringing the good vibes to every room she enters and every person she crosses path with! Outside of work she is the queen B in her family of “B’s”. Married to her husband Brandon, they have two children Brayden & Brooklyn as well as their two dogs Badger & Brave. Originally from Augusta, Georgia Bonnie and her family are die hard Atlanta Braves Baseball fans. You can almost guarantee you’ll be able to find her somewhere near a ball field during the spring and summer months whether it’s watching the Braves or attending her kid’s softball or baseball games.

Project Manager
What he does:
With 19 years in hospitality—17 in management—George brings experienced leadership and a rich cultural perspective to the Navajo Nation Hospitality Enterprise. An Alaskan Native of Inupiaq heritage, he is passionate about indigenous storytelling and community support.

Outside of work, George is a father, part-time writer, comedian, and performance arts photographer. He’s been interviewed by the University of Colorado on indigenous storytelling in media and has organized water drives and programs to support indigenous elders on the Navajo Nation.
George’s blend of creativity, advocacy, and leadership drives his work, ensuring both exceptional guest experiences and meaningful community impact.

VP of Operations and Marketing/Owner
What she does:
Carly leads the strategic direction and operational excellence of our properties. With a hands-on approach, she oversees marketing initiatives, drives sales growth, and ensures outstanding guest experiences.
Interests:
Carly is an Enneagram 1w9 and very high in the I, S, and C on the DISC assessment. If that doesn’t tell you everything you need to know, she also hosts a women’s book club, logs many hours outdoors with her husband and dogs (Turkey and Goose), and loves to bake for her friends and family. No page goes unturned, and no (brownie batter covered) spoon goes un-licked.

Project Manager
What she does:
Ashley manages the NavajoLand Hotel and Thunderbird Lodge operations. She focuses on account management with her vendors and hotel renovations and updates at the NavajoLand Hotel, Thunderbird Lodge and Goulding's Lodge.
Interests: Ashley is Mom to two young sons, Griffin and Phoenix. Her and her husband have been married for 5 years and are also parents to two cats! Ashley is passionate about family, healthy living and is also an avid gamer. She takes great pride in her sourdough starter, and you can catch her in her free time baking homemade bread, listening to an audiobook or playing Xbox. Ashley is also a makeup fanatic and will chat makeup with anybody who wants to listen!

Accounting Clerk
What she does:
Amanda performs maintenance of general ledgers, bank and credit card reconciliations, budget analysis, daily revenue entry, sales tax, payroll tax and fuel reporting, internal and external response to inquiries, special projects, and relief administrative assistance.
Interests:
Amanda was born and raised in Peoria, AZ. She has two sons, and a Boxer Pitbull mix. She enjoys watching her oldest participate in Karate and her youngest play football. Staying active is a necessity so if it’s not sports, then she is camping or hiking in northern AZ, going on road trips to California, or ATVing with her boys. She enjoys making anything from shirts, stickers, or just customizing special things for her family/ friends with her Cricut machine and just being creative.

Administrative Assistant
What she does:
Kylie is responsible for managing a variety of tasks to keep the office organized. This includes managing office supplies, booking travel, handling errands, ordering for the properties, data entry, filing, and supporting the team with various projects as needed.

​Kylie is married to her husband, Brian, they are high school sweethearts! Brian works at their church, and you’ll often find them there on Sundays, where he’s involved with the youth group. Kylie was born in Oregon, raised in Peoria, and still has much of her family in Oregon. Family and friends are important to her, and she values spending quality time with them, especially on weekends. Outside of work, Kylie enjoys traveling, with cruising being one of her favorites. She also enjoys cooking, baking, reading, and indulging in ice cream. She loves barre workouts, and her favorite place to visit is the Oregon coast.

Founders
What they do:
Our founders, seasoned hospitality experts and retired CPAs, actively contribute to the ongoing operations of Monument Hospitality by sharing their experience and insights. The company was established on their CPA principles of high integrity, ethical standards, and a strong focus on accounting, which is the foundation of Monument Hospitality’s success and reputation.
Interests:
They enjoy camping, hunting, and fishing. Their family is paramount with five children and three grandchildren.

Project Manager
What she does:
Katelyn manages Traveling Eagle, The Navajo Travel Center & assists with Goulding's Lodge operations. Her major focus is assisting with projects for Monument Hospitality’s managed hotel properties.

Interests:
Katelyn is passionate about food and traveling. She is originally from Honolulu, Hawaii. She goes back as often as she can to visit her family, eat her favorite local dishes, and spend some time at the beach. Although she loves her island home, she wants to see the world. During her college years, she studied abroad in Verona, Italy. While abroad, she was able to travel to places like Rome, Santorini, Barcelona, Nice, and Zadar. She loves to try new foods both at home and abroad. Her favorite cuisines to cook are Italian and Asian. Two of her go to recipes are eggplant parmesan meatballs and Panang curry short ribs.

Marketing Coordinator
What she does:
Amber is responsible for preparing and organizing materials for NNHE sales conventions, executing sales contracts for all hotel properties, managing third-party booking websites, and crafting copy for LinkedIn, blogs, and website content. Additionally, she handles graphic design for social media, respond to online reviews, compile monthly review summaries, and maintain digital files with updated group contracts and relevant information.

Interests:
Amber, has been married to her best friend for 23 years and is a loving mother of four. Navigating the whirlwind of family life filled with church activities, baseball, soccer, cheerleading, and lots of music. When she’s not the kids uber driver she cherishes trips to the beach with her family or cheering on the Dbacks and Suns. As a former cupcake business owner, she now channels her passion into baking for her family, all while caring for their beloved golden retriever, Louie.

Accounts Payable
What he does:
​Kenny excels at managing financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring accuracy in all accounting tasks. His strong attention to detail and passion for numbers make him an essential asset in supporting the company’s financial operations.

​Kenny spent much of his life living between San Diego and Milwaukee, eventually making Phoenix his home in 2021. He met his wife, Krissy, in San Diego, and they have been happily married since 2017. Together, they have two children, Gwen and Wyatt. In his free time, Kenny enjoys outdoor adventures with his family, staying up-to-date on sports, and attending card shows.​
