Monument Hospitality actively engages the hotel operations team with frequent visits. A member of the MHI team is on site on a regular basis and in touch via telephone and/or email daily.

• On-going marketing review is conducted via on site visitation

• Management consultation regarding monthly financial statement review, safety procedures, training and more are conducted during on site visitation opportunities

• Inspection is a vital piece of the on site visits: this is an opportunity to verify safe keeping of the investment, safety and maintenance procedure implementation, guest satisfaction, and a great team building occasion
